After purchasing your eSIM, you will receive it instantly via email. The email includes a QR code and detailed activation instructions.
Check your inbox or spam folder for the email. If you have an account, you can also find your eSIM details under the "eSIM Details" section.
For iPhone:
- Open Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).
- Tap Add Cellular Plan.
- Scan the QR code you received via email.
- Follow the prompts to complete the setup.
- Once the eSIM is active, go to Settings → Cellular → Select your eSIM → Enable Data Roaming.
For Android:
- Open Settings → Connections → SIM Card Manager.
- Tap Add Mobile Plan or Add eSIM.
- Scan the QR code from your email.
- Confirm and follow the setup steps.
- Once the eSIM is active, go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Networks → Select your eSIM → Enable Data Roaming.
Important Notes:
- Enable Data Roaming: When you are in the destination country, make sure Data Roaming is enabled to connect to the local network and access data services.
- Ensure your device is connected to Wi-Fi during the setup process.
- If you encounter issues, restart your device or contact customer support.
It's best to install your Simbye eSIM before you depart for your destination or immediately after arriving. This way, you'll have instant access to a network as soon as you need it
No,the eSIM does not activate immediately after purchase. You can keep it for up to 180 days before activating it at your convenience. Once activated, the eSIM can be used as usual.
Yes, you can share your eSIM data by turning on the Hotspot feature on your device.
For iPhone: Go to Settings → Personal Hotspot and enable it.
For Android (Samsung): Go to Settings → Connections → Mobile Hotspot and enable the feature.
