At Simbye, we strive to provide you with an excellent shopping experience and optimal internet connectivity. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel a purchase or request a refund. Below you will find our detailed refund policy:
Refund Period
- 180 days from the date of purchase
Conditions for a Refund
Unused Service
A full refund is possible if the eSIM card has not been activated and no data has been used. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Connection Issues
If you experience connection issues caused by Simbye or the internet provider, you can request a partial or full refund. Please contact our support immediately when the issue arises. Refunds cannot be guaranteed if the issue is reported after your trip has ended.
Incompatible or Locked Devices
If your device is not compatible with the eSIM or access is blocked, we will refund your amount, provided the eSIM has not been activated and no data has been used. Proof (screenshot) of the incompatibility or blockage is required. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the purchase date.
Processing Fees
- A processing fee of $3 USD will be charged for each refund.
