It's best to install your Simbye eSIM before you depart for your destination or immediately after arriving. This way, you'll have instant access to a network as soon as you need it
No, the eSIM does not activate immediately after purchase. You can keep it for up to 180 days before activating it at your convenience. Once activated, the eSIM can be used as usual.
Our eSIMs are data-only solutions and do not come with a mobile number. For voice calls and text communication, we recommend using VoIP apps such as Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, or Skype. This way, you can stay connected without needing to purchase a physical SIM card.
