Simbye Partner Program Terms

These terms apply to the Simbye Partner Program operated by Simbye LLC, 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“Simbye”, “we”). By creating a partner account you (“Partner”, “you”) agree to these terms.

1. Joining the program

  • Joining is free. Accounts are activated automatically after sign-up.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account and payout details.
  • You act as an independent partner. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency or joint-venture relationship.

2. Your link and discount code

  • You receive a personal referral link. New partners also receive a personal discount code that gives customers 15% off eSIM plans on simbye.com. You can rename your code in your partner dashboard; the discount value is fixed. A code name must not suggest a different discount (for example a number other than the real percentage) or impersonate Simbye or another brand.
  • Discount codes apply to eSIM plans only and cannot be combined with other discounts. They do not apply to phone numbers or account credit (wallet top-ups).
  • Codes may be shared with your own audience. Publishing codes on coupon, voucher or cashback websites requires our prior written approval.

3. Commission

  • You earn a commission on qualifying orders. The standard rate for new partners is 15%; our top partners earn up to 25%. Your personal rate is always shown in your partner dashboard and may be adjusted individually.
  • Commission applies to eSIM plans and phone numbers sold on simbye.com. Account credit (wallet top-ups) does not earn commission.
  • Commission is calculated on the amount the customer pays for the order after discounts, excluding taxes.
  • An order qualifies if it is placed on simbye.com within 30 days after a customer clicked your referral link, or if the customer uses your personal discount code (orders with your code count for you even without a click). If the customer clicks another partner’s link later, the latest click counts.
  • Not eligible: refunded, cancelled or charged-back orders; orders placed by you or for your own use; sales from Google Ads; orders obtained through fraud, spam or misleading promotion; and orders that break these terms.
  • If an order is refunded or charged back after commission was paid, we may deduct that commission from future payouts.

4. Payouts

  • Commissions are paid monthly, at the beginning of each month, for the approved orders of the previous month.
  • Commissions are calculated in US dollars. The minimum payout is $25; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
  • You choose PayPal, SEPA or bank transfer in your partner dashboard. We do not charge payout fees. You are responsible for correct payout details and for any taxes on your earnings.

5. How you may promote Simbye

  • Be honest and accurate. Do not make claims about Simbye products, prices, coverage or features that are not true or not stated on simbye.com.
  • Clearly disclose that you earn a commission (for example “ad” or “affiliate link”) as required by the law and platform rules that apply to you.
  • Google Ads are not allowed, including ads on the brand name “Simbye” or similar terms. Sales from Google Ads are not eligible for commission and are not paid out.
  • Do not use “Simbye” in domain names, app names or social media account names without our written permission.
  • No spam, unsolicited messages, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake reviews or incentivised clicks.
  • Use only the logos and materials we provide, without changing them.

6. Ending the partnership

  • You can leave the program at any time by contacting us. We can suspend or close a partner account at any time, immediately if these terms are broken.
  • After the account is closed, commissions for qualifying orders placed before closing are paid out as usual, unless the account was closed because of fraud or a breach of these terms.

7. Changes, liability and law

  • We may update these terms and commission rates. We will inform you by email or in your partner dashboard at least 14 days before a change takes effect; continuing in the program after that means you accept the change.
  • We provide the program “as is” and are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Your personal data is processed according to our privacy policy.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
