Your number is valid for the term you choose: 30 days, 6 or 12 months. Renew it before it expires — in the app (MyEsim → Renew) or here on the website; 30 days cost 14,95€. You'll get email and push reminders 2 days and 1 day before expiry. As long as you keep renewing, you keep the same number.

All incoming SMS appear in two places: 1) The Simbye app under MyEsim → tap your number to open the inbox. 2) On the website at simbye.com/pages/topup after entering your order number and email. You also get a push notification on your phone whenever a new SMS arrives.

For WhatsApp and Telegram: yes. Most cheap online numbers are VoIP lines, and services run a carrier lookup that exposes them — which is why they get rejected or banned later. Your Simbye number comes from a genuine mobile number range and passes that check like a normal mobile number. Banks and payment services such as PayPal decide for themselves: some accept virtual numbers, others only send codes to a personal contract number. We can't guarantee codes from banks — if that's your main reason for buying, check with your bank first.
